Send the complete model, dimensions, connection details and vessel information. A similar name or test flow does not establish interchangeability.
Can I compare the GPD values across BW, ULP and SW?
Each GPD value belongs to a stated test pressure, solution, temperature and recovery. Compare those conditions first; they are not equivalent operating points.
Does an FR membrane remove the need for pretreatment?
No. Review the feed-water analysis, suspended solids, organics and cleaning history. Fouling resistance does not mean fouling cannot occur.
Does membrane salt rejection guarantee drinking-water quality?
No. Final water quality depends on the complete treatment system and verification against the project requirements, including any boron target.
What should I include in an OEM or replacement enquiry?
Include the installed model, quantity, feed-water analysis, required permeate quality, vessel details, delivery destination and documentation requirements.
